I teach many styles including Rock, Blues, Classical, Jazz, and Popular guitar styles. I also teach students how to read standard musical notion, music theory, improvisation, proper technique, tablature reading, and routine practice skills. I understand that students are very anxious about learning their favorite song, so I try to implement this into their lesson as soon as I can. I find that this approach will encourage and motivate students to practice, and it gives them a goal to reach.
